When Tokopedia releases a new app, you can rest assured that it goes a rigorous testing process, ensuring the best experience for our users. But no amount of testing in the lab can make it bug-free, and we strive for ways to improve the quality further. Our Bugs Challenge program is a step in that direction.

Crowd testing project for Tokopedia’s Android App

It is a crowd testing project for Tokopedia’s Android App. All users, especially who have interest in technology field can join this project and find the bugs on Tokopedia’s Android App. For now, the participant of Tokopedia Bugs Challenge are high school and college students. Wanna join but you’re not a student? Don’t worry, because for the next phase, this project will be open for all Tokopedia’s user!

How to join

After you join Tokopedia Bugs Challenge by filling the form, you will receive an email from us if you meet the criteria. After that you just need to install and explore our apps. Find a bug? Send the bug report to, and our team will reply it if your report meets the criteria. Isn’t that easy?
